These Order Guidelines and Terms of Service ("terms") govern the provision of any product or service from Muddy Paws Graphics. By ordering products or using services, or otherwise indicating acceptance of these terms, you acknowledge that you have read and reviewed these terms in their entirety, you agree to these terms, and these terms constitute binding and enforceable obligations to you.

| Design Fees Included In The Price Of Your Order |
The Muddy Paws Graphics online gallery offers a wide variety of our pre-designed
cards to make the process more efficient. The pricing allocated on each card page
has the design and printing fee incorporated into the price, so you can make some
minor alterations, if needed.
All orders include two complimentary proofs prepared
by one of our graphic designers. At no additional charge
we will happily make minor edits to the placement of
design elements and typography according to instructions
you provide with your order.
Within two business days of
placing your order, you will be notified by email that your
digital proof is ready for your review.

| Changes Requiring Extra Design Fees |
A small additional fee applies if you...
• Add significantly more text that requires modification
to the original design ($15 design fee)
• Request color change of the design ($15-$25 design fee)
• Change layout or typography that fundamentally affects
the original design ($25 design fee)
• Swap out or change placement of photos ($15 design
fee)
• Request a different card design before your proof has
been prepared ($15 design fee)
• Request a different card design after your proof has
been prepared ($25 design fee)
Any requested changes after your two complimentary proofs will
require an additional proofing fee of $25 per change/proof.
We will not print your card without your proof approval. |

| Custom Card Design |
When a customer wants a
more unique design not shown
on our website, Muddy Paws Graphics can comply,
with a design fee of $50.00 plus
the price of printing. This fee is needed to cover
time spent articulating choices to the
customer, hearing customer feedback and providing
up to three revisions/proofs to the customer.

| Unit Pricing |
| Our per unit pricing is broken down to include Muddy Paws Graphics' creative talents,
design fees,
to cover the initial customizations, and printing costs, on any paper choice.
White
envelopes are included in all card purchases. Card pricing is based on print size and
design
difficulty. Pricing for quantities not shown on our site can be received by calling
the
studio at 866.246.1303. |

| Materials Submitted By Customer |
Any materials submitted by you, including (without limitation) photographs, images, text, graphics and other materials (collectively, "User Submitted Materials") are subject to the following terms and conditions:
• You will retain ownership of such User Submitted Materials, and you grant Muddy Paws Graphics and its designees a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, perpetual irrevocable right and license, with right of sublicense (through multiple tiers), to use, reproduce, distribute (through multiple tiers), create derivative works of and publicly display such User Submitted Materials solely in connection with the provision or production of any product or service by Muddy Paws Graphics.
• You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise possess all necessary rights with respect to the User Submitted Materials, and that the User Submitted Materials do not and will not infringe, misappropriate, use or disclose without authorization or otherwise violate any copyright, trade secret right or other intellectual property or property right of any third party, and that the User Submitted Materials are not unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
• None of the User Submitted Materials will be subject to any obligation of confidentiality, attribution or otherwise on our part or on the part of any of our assignees, sublicensees or designees, and neither we nor our assignees, sublicensees or designees will be liable for any use or disclosure of any such User Submitted Materials. |

| Photo Requirements |
To ensure the best possible print, please send unedited, uncropped originals. We accept
photos
in JPEG or TIFF format with a minimum
resolution of 300ppi and minimum
dimensions of 1500 x 2000 pixels.

| Photo Editing |
Our designers have extensive backgrounds in photography and graphic design, and will perform complimentary routine photo touch-ups when needed. These include brightening and sharpening your photo images for optimal printing.
All color photos can be converted to black and white or sepia tone for no additional charge. Removal of red-eye is available for a small fee.
If there are any recommendations on how to enhance your photo (e.g., cropping, coloring), you will be contacted to discuss these changes. |

| Turn-Around Time |
| After we receive your completed order form, full payment, and your photos,
Muddy Paws Graphics begins to design your product. Within two business days of
receiving your order and photos, we will email you a digital proof for your
approval.
Once approved, we will then send your card to the printer. The printer
takes 1-2 days to print. |

| Review Of Proofs Is Your Responsibility |
Muddy Paws Graphics emails your design to you for approval before
printing. At this
point, you need to view the design for content, and review all text. Any
printed text is
the client’s final responsibility. While we have a proofreader compare the
design to your
order form, it is important for you to take a careful look at all content for
accuracy,
spelling, etc. Upon your final approval of the card, Muddy Paws Graphics
can no longer
be held responsible for spelling or additional errors that were missed during
the proofing
stage. Keep in mind the colors that print may not be the exact colors that you
viewed, as
many monitors alter the color slightly. Content, of course will be exactly the same.

| Payment Policy |
| Payment is required at the time you place your order. We accept payment by credit
card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover). |
| |
| Sales Tax |
| Muddy Paws Graphics is located in St. Louis, Missouri
and charges applicable sales tax on all orders placed and shipped to locations in Missouri. Orders from all other States are not subject to sales tax from Muddy Paws Graphics. |
| |
| Returns & Cancellations |
| Because of the personalized nature of our product, we cannot accept returns.
We understand that circumstances change, so if you decide to cancel your order at any point before proof approval, we will refund 50%
of your payment. If you decide to cancel your order after a proof has been approved for
printing, we will not be able to refund any portion of your payment. If you need to change
your order after proof approval, please let us know as soon as possible. While we are
unable to refund your original order, we are happy to assist you with an expedited reorder.
Of course, if an error is made by Muddy Paws Graphics or our printer, we will order a
reprint to rectify that error at no additional cost to you. |

| Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitations of Liability |
| The Muddy Paws Graphics Website and all Muddy Paws Graphics products are provided "as is" with no warranties whatsoever for their security, reliability, timeliness, and
performance. All express, implied, and statutory warranties, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement,
are expressly disclaimed. You, the customer, understand and agree that the submission of any digital or print images to Muddy Paws Graphics is done at your own discretion
and risk, and that you will be solely responsible for any loss or damage incurred during transmission whether submitted electronically or via standard mail. Muddy Paws Graphics
is not responsible for any damage to your photos, property, or your computer system or loss of data that may result from the download or upload of any material through the
Muddy Paws Graphics web site or other Muddy Paws Graphics actions or omissions. |

| Modifications To The Website |
Muddy Paws Graphics reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you at any time.
Muddy Paws Graphics shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any part of our Website.

| Termination |
| Muddy Paws Graphics may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, immediately terminate your Muddy Paws Graphics account and access to the Website and any other
Muddy Paws Graphics services. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to: (a) breach or violation of any of these Terms of Service, and/or other
incorporated agreements or guidelines; (b) request by any law enforcement or government agency; (c) request of the account owner or its authorized agent; (d) extended period
of inactivity; (e) engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities; and/or (f) nonpayment of any fees owed by you in connection with the Website or any other Muddy Paws
Graphics product. Termination of your Muddy Paws Graphics account will include: (a) removal of access to all pages within the Website; (b) deletion of your password and all
related information, files and materials; and (c) barring of further use of the Website. Further, you agree that Muddy Paws Graphics shall not be liable to you or any third party for
any termination of your account, any associated email address, or access to the Website. |

| Ability To Accept Terms Of Service |
You affirm that (i) you are either 18 years of age or older, an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent to enter into this agreement, (ii) that you are fully
able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Service, and (iii) you understand and
will comply with all of these Terms of Service.
Muddy Paws Graphics is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use the Muddy Paws Graphics Website.
Muddy Paws Graphics grants you permission to use the Website as set forth in these Terms of Service, provided that: (i) your use of the Website as permitted is solely for your
personal, noncommercial use; (ii) you will not copy or distribute any part of the Website in any medium without our prior written authorization; (iii) you will not alter or modify any
part of the Website other than as may be reasonably necessary to use the Website for its intended purpose; (iv) you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a
person barred by any laws from using the Website; and v) you will otherwise comply with all terms and conditions of these Terms of Service. Muddy Paws Graphics reserves
the right to terminate a user's access to the Website at any time in its sole discretion and without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You may change your password at any time by
updating your Account Profile page. In addition, you agree to immediately notify Muddy Paws Graphics of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach
of security.
In order to access some features of the Website, you will have to create an account. You are not allowed to use another user’s account without their prior written permission.
When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. If any of your information changes, you agree to update your registration information as soon
as possible. If Muddy Paws Graphics suspects that your registration information is not complete, current, or accurate, or that you have otherwise violated these Terms of Service,
then your account may be subject to suspension or termination, and you may be barred from using the Website. |

| Website Access |
| You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, "robots," "spiders," or similar technological devices or programs, that access the Website in
a manner that sends more requests to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in any period of time by using a conventional on-line web browser. Notwithstanding
the foregoing, Muddy Paws Graphics grants the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the Website for the sole purpose of creating
publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. We reserve the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific
cases, in our sole discretion. |
