Email your approval to us, and we'll send your cards to the printer.

Your cards will be printed in 3-4 working days and shipped to you.

All invitations, announcements and holiday cards are printed on heavyweight card stock, in your choice of four finishes:

• smooth semigloss
• art linen, a traditional bright white, matte
• art watercolor, a matte, felt cover stock
• pearl

White envelopes are included with all card orders.

Prices include professional design and set-up of your card, one complimentary proof, all text imprinting and white envelopes.

Minimum card order is 50 cards. Cards must be ordered in increments of 25.


What's Extra:

Extra charges apply for certain photo editing options (shown on the order form), changes to your original order requiring additional proofs, return address printing, and shipping.

Extra charges may also apply for requested design changes to any of the cards shown on our website. By design changes, we mean removal or rearrangement of text areas or photos, or color changes. If you would like us to modify any of the designs shown on our website, please specify your request on the order form when you place your order. We will contact you promptly to let you know if your requested change is possible and what the estimated charges will be.

Muddy Paws Graphics is located in St. Louis, Missouri. We are required by law to collect 7.325% sales tax on all orders shipped to destinations within the state of Missouri. Orders shipped outside of Missouri are exempt from sales tax.

As soon as you place your order, email your photos to muddypawsgraphics@gmail.com.

In your email, please put your last name and order number (shown in your confirmation email) in the subject line. If your card has more than one photo, your email should also include instructions on placement of the photos on the card, i.e., top left, bottom right, center, etc.

The quality of your personalized photo card is very much dependent on the quality of your photograph. For best results, it is important that you submit a clear original, unedited photo. Photos should be in JPEG format, and at least 1000 x 1500 pixels with a minimum resolution of 300ppi.

Our designers have extensive backgrounds in photography and graphic design, and will perform complimentary routine photo touch-ups when needed. These include brightening and sharpening your photo images for optimal printing.

All color photos can be converted to black and white or sepia tone for no additional charge. Removal of red-eye is available for a small fee.

If there are any recommendations on how to enhance your photo (e.g., cropping, coloring), you will be contacted to discuss these changes.

Your card order includes professional design and one complimentary proof based on the information you provide in your original order. We are happy to make as many proofs as you'd like. One proof is free, and any additional proofs, or changes to your original proof are just $15 each.

Your proof will be sent to the email address you provide within 2-3 business days of receiving your order and all of your photos. Please allow additional time for each revision/proof requested.

After you have approved your proof, your cards will be printed in approximately 3 business days, and then shipped to you.

When placing your order, please calculate the approximate arrival date of your order based on proofing, printing turnaround and shipping times.

Muddy Paws Graphics ships products within the U.S. and internationally. All of our products ship directly from our studio in St. Louis, Missouri.

For U.S. and Canadian orders, our products ship via FedEx Ground or expedited services.

For international orders, please contact us to obtain a shipping estimate before you place your order. Please be sure to include a complete shipping address, the product number and the quantity of the item you are interested in purchasing.

Since the cost to ship a product internationally may be high, some of our customers have opted to have us ship their packages to friends or relatives in the United States.

Please remember that these are custom cards. If we have printed your cards exactly as you specified in your order, and as shown in your approved proof, our custom printed cards are not returnable or refundable. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed by our staff, and if approved, you may be entitled to a credit only, not a refund.

If you need to cancel an order, and your cards have not been printed, you will be refunded any monies paid, less: (1) a $30.00 non-refundable set-up/print fee, and (2) a $50.00 non-refundable cancellation fee.

In order to maximize protection of your information, Muddy Paws Graphics uses state-of-the-art technology and firewalls to protect your data from use, misuse, or alteration by unauthorized third parties. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to protect your data and secure your transactions. SSL encrypts all your personal information, including your credit card number, name, and address, as it is transmitted over the Internet.

Muddy Paws Graphics offers custom designed cards to the general public through this website, and works with a select group of professional photographers who receive wholesale discounts when cards are purchased by their clients.

Muddy Paws Graphics respects and upholds the legal rights of photographers and image authors. If you have a copyrighted image and wish to use if for personalizing your cards, please contact the photographer to request a signed copyright release for your own records.

If you have a studio image that does not indicate who created the work and you are not aware who created the work, you may be able to claim that the work you are requesting is for "fair use," and that you are unaware, or are unable to contact the photographer.

Copyright Indemnification. Purchaser agrees to hold harmless Muddy Paws Graphics for all costs, expenses, attorney's fees or judgments resulting from any claims or lawsuit made against Muddy Paws Graphics for any grounds claiming that the work produced violates any copyright or proprietary right of any person or entity.
